Custom Holiday Cards

Place your order: Choose your standard custom holiday card package and place your order online to reserve your spot.

Want some upgrades? We'll add them as we go through the design process.

Tell us your vision: Complete a short questionnaire with your card details, favorite photos, wording, and any design inspiration. We’ll take it from there!

Share your addresses: Send over your recipient list and we’ll handle the addressing — no handwriting envelopes at the kitchen table this year.

We'll take care of the rest:   We’ll create your custom design and send a proof for your review and approval. Once everything is perfect, we’ll handle the printing, assembly, addressing, postage, and mailing.

By purchasing your holiday card package, you agree to the following:

Payment

Full payment is due at checkout to reserve your spot. Additional quantities and upgrades—such as wax seals, envelope liners, or other customizations—can be added during the process and will be invoiced separately. All balances must be paid before printing.

Design + Revisions

Your package includes a custom holiday card design and 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

Final Approval

You are responsible for reviewing all wording, spelling, photos, and addresses before giving final approval. Once approved and sent to print, changes, cancellations, or refunds cannot be made.

Holiday Deadline

For mailing services, final design approval, addresses, and payment must be received by December 15. We’ll get your cards on their way as quickly as possible, but USPS delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before design work begins. Once design work has started, your initial payment is non-refundable.

Printing + Mailing

Minor variations in printed color are normal. Marie Bee Design Studio is not responsible for postal delays, lost mail, or cards returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the client.

Want something extra special?

You have the option to add additional quantities, wax seals, envelope liners and speciality printing. Just select a base package and we'll add this on as we go through the design process.
